About the event
This class will show how to go into the recesses of your mind and I will write about your life, who you are and where you come from. This includes but is not limited to where you come from; your birthplace; your parents; your siblings; grandparents; significant others; and relatives. It can also provide information about your city, state, schooling, likes and dislikes, and how you've evolved over time and anything else you believe has had a meaningful or significant impact on your life. Writings may be in a variety of forms such as essay. prose, or poetry.
Classes will be held in January, February, and March 2024 on The the Second and Fourth Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Class size is limited to ten (10) people. You are strongly encouraged to register early with the registration form document, but no later than January 3, 2024. The first ten (10) registrants. will be notified via email.
Welcome to the St. Paul AME DC's Intergenerational Activity and Resource Center's, (hereinafter referred to as (the HUB)) Winter Schedule of Activities beginning January 8, 2024, through March 23, 2024. All activities will be held on the lower level of the church. We are located at 4901 14th Street, NW Washington, DC on the corner of 14th and Emerson Street, NW. All classes are free. However, all participants are responsible for purchasing all resource materials as determined by the class instructor. We are excited and look forward to seeing you.
